H2 Modestly is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We believe in express shipping, and most orders are shipped within 10-15 working days of being placed, except on weekends and public holidays. We ship to every location in the world.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible payment authorization delays. We aim to ship all orders as soon as the product is ready and delivered within the time frame of 5-10 days. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause a 15-30 business days delay from the designer/manufacturer. Estimated delivery times are provided only as a guide and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures at the destination. We are unable to redirect orders after they have been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic and PAN India shipments, if a parcel is returned or fails to deliver for any reason, the customer must pay a reverse shipping charge of ₹300/- INR or more to have it re-shipped. We strongly advise all customers to track their parcels regularly and ensure availability at the provided shipping address.

For any post-shipping inquiries, customers must directly coordinate with the courier company, as they are third-party service providers. We do not have control over their operations, cannot make modifications, and do not have access to their contact details.

For international shipping, the flat shipping charge displayed on our website is only a base rate. The actual shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country, location, product weight, and size. If there are any additional charges, customers are responsible for paying them as per the shipping provider’s policies.

By placing an order, customers agree to these shipping terms.

SHIPPING CHARGES IN INDIA
There is not any fixed charges per order for shipments in India. It depends upon product weight and the type of service you choose. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use many courier services to deliver in India. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
H2 Modestly delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product. International Shipping cost depends upon product weight and the type of service you choose and delivery time period is 15-45 days according to the service type you choose.

CUSTOM REQUEST/ALTER/CHANGES

For custom clothing requests, including specific colors, sizes, or unique designs, please note that processing may take 15-30 days. We strive to ensure your custom order meets your expectations with the highest quality.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all duties. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. Company is not responsible for any Custom duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to customer via email/phone.

INSURANCE

H2 Modestly insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by H2 Modestly and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
