Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once the order is crossed 24 hours, it cannot be canceled.
- After Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until it is delivered. Once received, you may initiate a return process in line with our return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days, and a credit will be issued as a voucher or website coupon only.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your voucher/coupon code, please:
- Check your email, including spam or junk folders.
- Contact our support team if the issue persists.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at h2modestly@gmail.com or contact our customer support.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer support team.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
